1. Contract Manufacturing Principles

At MULTIPLY SUPPLY PTY LTD, all manufacturing runs, tooling builds, and parts productions are custom-engineered to individual client technical specifications. Because products are made bespoke to order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once tooling or material procurement has commenced.

2. Golden Sample Approval

Prior to full mass production, pre-production samples (PPS) or golden samples are fabricated and submitted to the Client for thorough testing and written approval. Once approved, the golden sample sets the binding benchmark for all units produced in that production batch.

3. Manufacturing Defect Claims

In the rare event that finished units deviate from approved technical tolerances or golden sample benchmarks:

• Notification: The Client must notify Multiply Supply in writing within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the shipment.
• Documentation: Claims must include the production order number, lot/batch number, photographic or video evidence, and a description of the defect.
• Resolution: Upon verification, Multiply Supply will promptly replace, repair, or issue a credit/refund for the defective items at our expense.

4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
